Many people ask, “What is a Same Day Edit?” It’s pretty self explanatory actually. Definitely not an easy task, but it’s when we quickly edit a little 3-6 minute film after the ceremony and showcase it at the reception 3-4 hours later! The film to the left is the same day edit and that is what the people are watching. 
What we really love about these is that it’s not all about the work itself, but the emotional journey and impact we have on our viewers. Also knowing we are able to connect with our couples and presenting to them a film that makes them FEEL.
Not many people get to see the couples reactions because everyone’s eyes is glued to the screen. Ours included! Haha. It’s hard to not watch because of the anticipation. That’s why we have cameras to document their reactions. 
It really is the most beautiful thing to see something you and your team created and have such a strong and incredible reaction to it. When we finish highlights after weddings, we don’t really get to see our clients’ reactions. So these videos are a little reminder and motivate us to keep pushing harder and doing a great job. Now you guys know why I love doing what I do. “Do what you love!”
ps. The crowd starts chanting all our names! Really amazing feeling. Oh yeah, we give free hugs too.
